Job Description

Great role providing 1st level support, escalating issues and implementing new systems; dealing with queries/projects; reporting and analysing, diagnosing and resolving application errors; using MS technologies: C# VBA, ASP.NET, SQL, SharePoint, and MS Workflow to develop technical solutions; design, code, test, debug and document software according to the functional requirements; develop, maintain and support programs/tools for internal and external clients/staff members; following departmental standards and methodologies.
Candidate will be great team player with experience in programming languages; well organised with attention to detail; flexible; able to work to deadlines and under pressure; able to work independently; able to manage workload and prioritise; knowledge of XML/XSLT, MS SharePoint Server and Transact SQL a plus but not essential; Microsoft SQL Server and SQL Service Reporting Services knowledge; able to communicate at all levels.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
