Our client is seeking a Junior Corporate Services Administrator for a full-time, permanent role. The successful candidate will work under direct supervision, performing daily administrative tasks within agreed timeframes to support the Corporate Services team. Click here to read more.

Job Duties:

  • Support the wider Corporate team with a variety of client-related matters.
  • Assist with transactions across different asset types, including capital markets, debt and structured finance, real estate, and Islamic finance.
  • Manage a small client book as the named administrator, taking increased responsibility.
  • Liaise with internal and external board members, providing assistance as needed and delivering a high level of service promptly.
  • Assist with company secretarial matters, including drafting and preparing board packs and issuing notices.
  • Prepare Client Due Diligence packs and conduct related work for new and existing clients.
  • Ensure compliance with the client's policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with other departments to support the team with client work.
  • Maintain accurate client information across relevant databases.
  • Record all work on the time recording system, ensuring clear and detailed narratives.
  • Contribute to achieving financial targets as determined by management.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience working with Corporate Services Clients or in an administration role.
  • Basic understanding of Trust and Company administration.
  • Strong academic background, with GCSEs in Maths and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to study towards a relevant professional qualification.
  • Strong rapport-building skills with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to understand and follow business processes and checklists.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work within a team.
  • Ability to use initiative and work independently.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills are essential.
