Great new junior level opportunity available within a fast paced Compliance team!
Joining a small and friendly team of three, the successful applicant will be involved in a variety of tasks relating to financial crime and compliance, daily tasks will include but are not limited to: compliance reporting, assisting with compliance and validation testing, monitoring websites for relevant updates, drafting compliance monitoring test criteria, recording regulatory communications, assisting with customer on-boarding and communicating compliance and risk requirements to the wider business.
A junior level role, applicants should ideally have 1-2 years finance or compliance related experience, although consideration will also be given to recent graduates who are keen to pursue a career in this area. Enthusiasm and willingness to learn is essential, along with the ability to work well within a team, strong communication skills and a good level of IT literacy. You will also be expected to demonstrate high ethical standards, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with absolute discretion.
