Jersey Resolution Authority - Independent Members at Jersey Financial Services Commission

We are actively seeking to appoint two independent members to join our Board with the following characteristics:
• One to have operational experience of working in Jersey’s financial services industry ideally within Banking, although other financial services specialisms are also welcome.
• The second board member should have experience of working with modern technology, especially AI and digital, but also have worked in a consumer-facing organisation.

The time commitment is a minimum of 15 days per year. If not resident locally, regular travel to Jersey will be required. Additional time commitment will be required to review relevant papers.

Both appointments are for a 5-year fixed term, and with potential for reappointment for a maximum 4 years thereafter.
