Description

  • Provide comprehensive executive support to the team.
  • Communicating between the teams in Italy and London
  • Manage office operations and ensure smooth running of daily functions.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and handle follow-up actions.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Manage correspondence and communications on behalf of executives.
  • Ensure office supplies inventory is maintained and restocked as necessary.

A successful Italian Speaking Executive Assistant / Office Manager should have:
