This is an exciting opportunity to learn new technologies and tools, whilst working together with a highly skilled group of individuals who are a supportive team. The primary function of the role will be Service Desk support, though this includes a project support function as our client continues to evolve. You will manage incidents and requests within SLA with the support of the helpdesk ticketing system, install troubleshooting hardware, manage and support video conferencing and offer Cisco IP phone systems support. Travel will be involved across multiple European countries. The successful candidate will have formal IT Education/Industry certifications, this can include A Level or GCSE and/or MCTS/MCITP, ITIL Foundation, or 2+ years of Help Desk/Service Desk/Operations experience within IT. Our client will also consider school leavers with 1 years' experience in IT or a college leaver with an A+ qualification.
