IT Support Services Manager

Job Description

We have a great opportunity for a IT Support Services Manager, to join a world leading law firm.


This role’s primary responsibility includes managing and leading the effective delivery of IT Support services and IT
operational processes across all offices in the Group.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Overall responsibility of the Global Service Desk platform with direct line management of EMEA Service
    Desk staff.
  • Ensure that global IT Service Desk Teams achieve and maintain a high level of performance and quality of service, with solutions delivered in a repeatable manner. This includes creating and tracking KPI's, metrics and goals for the IT Service Desk team.
  • Assist in executing the long term strategies of the support group by coordinating the effective delivery of 24/7 support globally and generating regular statistical reports and analysis for future improvements in service.
