Our client is seeking to appoint an IT Support Engineer.
This is a varied role and duties include attending client's sites to provide IT Support, this will include setting up new users and disabling them when they leave, attending to fault calls logged through the Helpdesk, and monthly housekeeping tasks. You will also be responsible or troubleshooting log in problems, networks issues, phone / teams issues, assist with Cannon WorkCentre Printers / Scanners and DYMO label issues, release emails from Mimecast and troubleshooting Mimecast issues, setup company iPads, with MAAS360, O365 applications etc, troubleshoot staff's WIFI connections and Bluetooth connections to TV's, setup new desks and assist with staff moving desks, repatch floor panels via the Network switches and trace simple faults.
You will also be responsible for troubleshooting day to day issues with Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint issues, troubleshoot day to day issues with iManage Document Management Systems, releasing Kitework files in a timely fashion and resolving general Kitework issues, carry out a monthly stock control report of all equipment and advise as to extra hardware needs to be ordered, be alert for any licenses that are running low, so more can be ordered in time for new starters, maintain meeting rooms and be on hand to help out staff with client meetings, maintain staff's Mitel telephone lists when new staff arrive/leave, and sign for deliveries to site.
The successful candidate will work alongside the existing Support Team to provide remote support primarily to their client base with some onsite support required as necessary,
This role would suit someone who has already been in an office support role who is looking to move to the next level in terms of skill requirements and responsibility.
It is essential that you hold a current valid driving licence and own your own vehicle.
