Working alongside more senior colleagues you will provide technical support to all service users, ensuring IT systems are functioning efficiently and resolving any issues promptly.
Qualifications in IT would be advantageous, but you must be able to demonstrate a solid understanding of IT systems, with the ability to apply technical skills and best practices effectively. You need strong communication skills and the confidence to liaise effectively at all levels, with a proactive approach to problem-solving, strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
