A leading insurance provider in the Channel Islands is seeking an IT Support individual to provide a top-quality IT support to help the business run smoothly.
The role holder will be the first point of contact for IT-related issues. You'll support internal teams and external vendors, resolving hardware, software, and network problems. You'll also play a key role in improving processes and ensuring systems stay secure and efficient. Ideally candidates will have or be working towards a professional IT qualification (CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Technician, or Level 3 BTEC Diploma in IT) and a reasonable level of physical fitness, as the role may involve physical tasks. Experience in an IT support role is desirable however not essential.
