IT Support Administrator
Job Description
Great role performing basis troubleshooting steps for customers and escalating as necessary, communicating with co-workers; upon closure of issues and requests it is important that detailed resolutions are recorded and logged; log and track IT office equipment; remote equipment support and maintenance lifecycle; ensure remote end user equipment is returned on time, logged, patched, and redeployed; onboarding and decommissioning employees as per company procedures.
Experience in IT administration or in other customer support roles would be advantageous. At or training towards COMPTIA +1101, and ITIL 4 foundation would be advantageous. Must have ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues; good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products, customer-oriented and cool-tempered, strong communication skills.
