Our client is seeking an experienced IT professional to join their Service Delivery team in Jersey. This role involves providing outsourced IT support, resolving complex technical issues escalated from Level 1 support, and performing scheduled or reactive on-site visits. Job Duties:
- Resolve advanced technical tickets escalated from Level 1 support.
- Perform remote desktop support and on-site visits for scheduled or reactive work.
- Administer Office 365, Azure, and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
- Manage Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Exchange Server, and SQL Server.
- Provide firewall support, preferably with SonicWall and Ubiquity Dream Machine.
- Deliver general Wi-Fi and networking support, including basic networking fundamentals.
Job Requirements:
- Experience using ticketing systems to manage IT issues and escalations.
- Proficiency in Office 365 and Azure administration.
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, and SQL Server.
- Familiarity with firewall technologies such as SonicWall and Ubiquity Dream Machine.
- Networking fundamentals knowledge.
- Own transport for on-site visits.
