IT engineer at Nitel Limited

You will be responsible, along with your team
members, for the ongoing support of our customers. This will include:
- Email and telephone support.
- Visits to sites for technical support as required.
- Order processing of sales spares orders and advance replacement parts.
- Liaise with software/hardware teams.
A company car, Laptop and mobile phone will be provided.
The requirements are:
- Must be a Jersey resident
- Strong problem solving and communication skills
- Troubleshooting Experience with Windows desktop and computer/server hardware
- Experience working with networking equipment and/or PBX systems
