This is a new and exciting opportunity for trainee candidates to start a 2 year programme that will provide Academy members the opportunity to gain experience in both technical and commercial environments within our client's telecommunications business. You will gain an understanding of the company as a whole and therefore you will be enables to find out which area you would like to work in as your next career path step. You will split your time across the two years by working in a Customer Support role within the retail team and the Engineering Team. The entry requirements are 5 GCSEs graded C or above, including English, Maths and a Science subject and an advanced level qualification such as A Levels, BTEC or NVQ . It would be advantageous that these advanced level qualifications are IT based. Applicants must also have good communication skills with the willingness to learn and provide excellent customer service.
