We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Administrator to join a leading provider of private equity and real estate administration solutions.
The main focus of this role is to provide first and second line support to all Directors and employees, ensuring that IT systems are always operational.
Some of the key duties include:
- Providing high levels of customer service to all of the Group’s global offices across a diverse range of applications and technologies
- Provide excellent levels of client service in line with standards, procedures and guidelines
- Ensure that IT support queries are logged and dealt with efficiently, professionally, and within agreed service level agreements, escalating matters to senior IT staff when necessary
