Job Description

The successful candidate will handle enquiries and communications received by telephone, post and email, maintaining a high standard of customer service. In addition to, progressing case in an efficient and timely manner, with particular emphasis given to:
 - Opening complaints effectively, communicating with complainants FSPs as appropriate;
- Creating and updating records on the business' document and case management systems;
- Identifying and asking for information as required from complainants, FSPs and others; 
- Assisting case handlers and ombudsmen with case-related administration;
- Performing procedural duties relating to provisional determinations, final determinations and case closures.
