As an Infrastructure Engineer you will provide workplace technology support both onsite/for remote workers, meeting room and AV support, diagnose solutions for simple and complex problems, challenge the current way of doing things, be responsible for providing the best end-user experience for staff and document all procedures, policies, technical instructions and security practices. The ideal candidate will have experience with Windows and Linux server and client operating systems, the ability to implement, configure and administer SaaS products, understand a range of system technologies and have some scripting skills. If you have experience working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, and are open to change and helping others embrace it, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
