Our client is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to be responsible for the delivery and customer experience of cloud services leveraging infrastructure, disaster recovery, backup, network, or security technologies. You will be will be comfortable managing and investigating customer support issues and issues raised by monitoring, and in both cases a determination to reach the root cause is essential. The ideal candidate will have 3 or more years' experience in a systems administration role, preferably in a service provider role, the ability to work within and contribute to a team and knowledge and experience of ITIL, ISO27001 and PCI-DSS.
