We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Improver to join our busy joinery team. This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to develop their skills and build a long-term career. Applicants must be able to travel to and from our workshop and job sites.

The ideal candidate will be:
• Reliable, punctual and hard-working
• Eager to learn with a positive attitude
• Detail-oriented and committed to quality
• Able to work well as part of a team

We support career development and will fund further training where appropriate, including the 3-year Joinery Apprenticeship at Highlands College.
