Job Description

Our client is seeking a Human Resources Operations Administrator to support the administrative needs of their Human Resources department within the Group Operations team. This role involves delivering a full Human Resource service, assisting with the employee lifecycle across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring data accuracy, and providing support with various Human Resource queries and projects. Job Duties:

  • Administer end-to-end employment lifecycle processes, including new joiners, probation, leavers, contractual changes, absences, and parental leave.
  • Ensure accurate and consistent data recording in the Human Resource database.
  • Provide a positive onboarding experience, including support with pre-employment background checks and monitoring probation periods.
  • Assist with generating data reports, organisation charts, and statistical information for the business.
  • Respond to Human Resource queries and emails in line with agreed service levels, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Maintain and update Human Resource documents and records efficiently and accurately, ensuring compliance with internal processes.
  • Provide timely employment references in line with best practice and regulatory standards.
  • Offer administrative support for ad hoc Human Resource projects, including acquisitions.
  • Develop knowledge of jurisdictional processes and regulatory requirements, applying them to daily Human Resource tasks.
  • Collaborate with a multi-jurisdictional Human Resource team to ensure accurate procedural adherence.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of employee data, adhering to GDPR regulations.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Human Resource administration.
  • CIPD qualification, or working towards one, is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to manage expectations, maintain data quality, and meet deadlines.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Self-motivated and eager to develop skills and maintain knowledge in relevant areas.
