Job Duties:
- Provide Human Resources support and advice to the business, acting as an advisor on Human Resources matters.
- Assist in recruitment processes, coordinating with agencies and conducting interviews.
- Conduct first-day induction training for new employees.
- Manage administration of onboarding and offboarding procedures for employees.
- Build and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Support Human Resources administrators with problem-solving, understanding policies, and suggesting effective actions across Human Resources areas.
Job Requirements:
- Up to two years of experience within Human Resources.
- Experience with Human Resources databases or payroll software.
- Advanced IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Interest in attending Human Resources training and seminars to expand industry knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal and service skills, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- High level of numeracy and literacy.
