We have a fantastic new opportunity for a Human Resources Officer to join Jersey’s largest provider of affordable housing.
Key duties will include:
- Responsible for all recruitment activity; reviewing and pulling together job descriptions, drafting job adverts, liaising with Line Managers, candidates and agencies, monitoring applications, drafting selection criteria matrices, setting up and conducting interviews
- Responsible for all on boarding and off boarding activities; issuing contracts of employment, carrying out and tracking vetting process, carrying out and monitoring induction process, monitoring probation process, carrying out off boarding process and exit interviews
- Provide a comprehensive HR generalist administrative service to the Chief People & Culture Officer
- Act as the HR point of contact focusing on ensuring questions and queries are dealt with (or directed to an appropriate solution) in a timely and efficient manner
