Human Resources Business Partner 12 month fixed contract
Job Description
Our client is offering an opportunity to join the HR team in a contract role for 12 months, ideal for an experienced generalist who is organised, a self-starter, efficient and has strong organisation, communication and administrative skills, a strategic thinker with extensive experience in employee relations and conflict resolution. He/she should be able to work to deadlines, attention to detail and prioritise; flexible and good team player with "can-do" attitude; MS Office literate; CIPD level 5 preferred but Level 3 minimum/equivalent experience.
The successful candidate will advise on employee relations, proactively address conflict resolution, collaborate on policy development, design and deliver manager training workshops, address performance issues, develop improvement plans, stay updated with legal compliance, and prepare regular reports on employee relations metrics, trends, and the effectiveness of interventions.
