As a member of the People Operations team, this role contributes to delivering a strong employee experience by applying knowledge expertise in people policies and procedures to support effective communication across multiple stakeholder groups, manage expectations, and simplify operational processes.
As a Human Capital Senior Associate, you have responsibility for overseeing employee absence management, parental leave, and well-being support. The ideal candidate will hold CIPD Level 3 or above (or equivalent) and have experience working with HR technologies, document management in line with GDPR requirements, and mental health first aid. Experience in supporting well-being initiatives would be advantageous. This role may require occasional travel between Jersey and Guernsey, as well as infrequent travel to other locations.
