Itchyfeet has a fabulous new permanent, full-time opportunity for an individual to work very closely with our client's HC Director. Half of your time will be spent supporting the director in the Global EMEA role, this will involve liaising with global people partners across the network, building strong relationships, support in planning global meetings and community calls. The other half of your time will be looking at supporting strategic projects covering a wide variety of topics such as the firm's Diversity, Inclusion projects and the people value proposition. This is a really unique and exciting role and an opportunity to gain global experience. The successful candidate will have solid HR experience and ideally come from a people and organisation/consulting background. You will need to be confident and enjoy working with technology as you will use Google and slide decks.
