This is a great opportunity for a Human Capital Administrator to join a multinational professional services network of firms.
The successful candidate will be required to provide efficient administration support to the Lifecycle Team.
Responsibilities:
- Produce accurate reports as and when required and assist in populating the monthly HC Report, Pipeline Report and Staff Updates.
- Support with new joiner onboarding; Prepare onboarding documentation and schedules, run Welcome Day' for new starters (linking in with L&D and other Internal Firm teams, Coaches and buddies) and assist employees with settling in.
- Support with the leaver process; be accountable for the end-end leaver process (including exit interviews) across resignations.
