A public sector organisation is seeking an administrator to join its people and culture team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for all employee related processes and queries. You will help primarily with recruitment, pay and benefits, on-boarding and learning. The role will be best suited to someone who has already gained relevant experience. Candidates should have a good secondary education and strong administrative skills. They are expected to communicate well at all levels, be proactive and supportive.
We can only accept candidates who hold a local residential qualification or have lived in Jersey continuously for at least last 5 years.
