Job Description

Temporary contract for immediate start lasting 2-3 months assisting with recruitment and selection process and on-boarding of new staff ; maintenance of recruitment related records and documentation; arranging interviews and other assessments; preparing offer packs, employment contracts and associated documentation; undertaking pre-screening of new recruits and completion of checklists; applying for work permits, housing licences and employment licences; undertaking first morning HR induction; benefits schemes enrolling new members; learning and development preparation of training agreements; maintaining performance management, benefits and learning records; compensation and bonus reward reviews assisting with process; administering checklists for leavers, new recruits and changes to employee records; updating HR system and maintaining absence records; dealing with queries; assisting with project work.
Requirements are excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels; good understanding of business and different functions; team player, with a flexible and proactive approach to work; good time management and organisational skills; 112 UCAS points or equivalent / Graduate: Degree (2:1 or above) or equivalent;desirably 1-2 years administration experience preferably in HR.
