This position is part of the People Services team, who are responsible for the full lifecycle of an employee from onboarding to offboarding. The purpose of this position is to provide operational and administrative support to the wider People team and across the Group. The successful candidate will have proven experience working in a fast paced, high volume administrative role within an environment of continuous improvement and change, excellent computer literacy skills, particularly MS Office products along with excellent attention to detail in the preparation of documentation and data entry. Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service skills and learn new processes and procedures, whilst highlighting opportunities for improvement is also essential for this role.
