Job Description

This position is part of the People Services Team, who are responsible for the full lifecycle of an employee from onboarding to offboarding. The purpose of this position is to provide operational and administrative support to the wider People team and across the Group. 
Responsibilities Include: 
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all day to day operational employee lifecycle activities within own area of responsibility, in line with company policies and procedures and any established SLAs. 
- Become a proficient user of the current HR system, and ensure all relevant data and changed are captured accurately and in line with established SLAs.
- Resolve queries received through forms are continually updated, version controlled and archived, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
