Job Description

Itchyfeet are working on an exciting temporary 6 month, full-time opportunity for a candidate to join our client's People Services team. As a HR Operations Administrator you will have some responsibility for the full lifecycle of an employee from onboarding to offboarding, providing operational and administrative support to the wider people team. You will become a proficient user of the current HR system within your own area of responsibility, and ensure all relevant data and changes are captured accurately and in line with established SLAs and resolve queries received in a timely manner and escalate where complex issues arise. The successful candidate will ideally have HR / HRIS / HCM knowledge and experience, excellent attention to detail and proven ability to work effectively as a member of a team.
