HR Operations Administrator (6 Month FTC)

Job Description

We have a great new opportunity available for a HR Operations Administrator to join a regulated financial services group on a 6 month, fixed-term contract.

 

Key duties will include:

  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of all day-to-day operational employee lifecycle activities within own area of responsibility, in line with company policies and procedures and any established SLAs
  • Become a proficient user of the current HR system within own area of responsibility, and ensure all relevant data and changes are captured accurately and in line with established SLAs
  • Resolve queries received in a timely manner, and escalate where complex issues arise
  • Ensure employee files are accurately maintained in line with the company's Data Protection Policy and GDPR guidelines
  • Demonstrate high standards of accuracy, timeliness, customer service and professionalism
