A leading global leading provider fiduciary services is looking to appoint a HR Officer for a 12-month fixed term contract to be based in their Jersey office. This is a perfect opportunity for a HR generalist and pro-active HR all-rounder.
The role is to provide support and guidance to employees of the Jersey and Guernsey offices. You will assist with HR administration, recruitment, projects, advisory, payroll and HR policies and practices. The successful candidate must be able to evidence a proven ability to work effectively using their own initiative and under minimal supervision, along with being a strong team player.
A good level of education (A-Level or higher) and at least 3 years of experience within HR administration is required. Ideally you should also have experience in the finance services sector and possess a strong working knowledge of Channel Island employment law.
We can only accept candidates who are either local, or have lived in Jersey continuously for the last 5 years for this particular contract position.
