The successful candidate will play an active role in developing early career pathways for lawyers, supporting performance reviews, implementing HR policies, and coordinating training and talent initiatives. Applicants should have relevant HR experience, ideally within professional services, and a strong understanding of HR best practice and employment law. A CIPD qualification (or progress toward one) is preferred.
