Our client is seeking a HR Manager to join their pro-active team on a temporary, full-time basis for 6 months. You will work with the HC Senior Manager and the Lifecycle team to deliver an effective HC provision to the business and manage complex employee relation matters. You will also work on benefits and remuneration and deliver on projects and actions to achieve the people strategy. The successful candidate will hold a professional qualification, (minimum CIPD level 5 or equivalent) with a strong theoretical base and have experience in a similar role, with people leading and developing skills.
