A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a pro-active team on a temporary, full-time basis to work as a HR Generalist / Administrator. You will be responsible for the administration, development, and implementation of HR initiatives in line with policy, procedure, and strategy. Responsibilities include but are not limited to maintaining records, preparing reports, supporting employees in various HR-related topics, supporting the team with HR initiatives, projects and uploading training to L&D Platform, tracking the completion and sending reminders. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' HR experience in a generalist role, hold a CIPD level 3 qualification and have good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
