Our client is seeking an HR Business Partner to join their dynamic and fast-paced team! The successful candidate will be responsible for generalist HR matters, working closely with leaders across the business to understand requirements and challenges, and delivering expert HR service to meet these needs. This will include employee relations, employee engagement, recruitment, talent management, reward and change management.
Applicants will ideally hold a relevant professional qualification (CIPD), supported by proven HR generalist experience and strong relationship building skills. You will ideally have worked in a global HR team in a professional services environment, and will be able to demonstrate a collaborative working style, commercial acumen and a proactive approach.
