Within this new permanent role, you will provide generalist HR support, guidance and solutions. You will support the business in the execution of people priorities, to include organisational development, policies & procedures, best practice and working methods necessary to enhance performance, be responsible for working closely with the business to manage HR support and act in an advisory role primarily for the Bank in Guernsey, ensure there is the consistent application of HR policies and practices, as well as participating in the recruitment process for all levels of Manager and below, including agency liaison, conducting interviews, short-listing and the selection of candidates.
