Our client is seeking a HR Advisor to join their friendly team of experts, on a temporary full-time basis, to provide an effective HR advisory and administration service to the group. This will involve working closely and building strong relationships with the HR team, HR Business Partners, Middle Office and Shared Services teams, focusing on case management, campaign support, policies and procedures, best practice advice and training. The successful candidate will be educated to degree level and ideally be level 3 CIPD qualified and have experience working in the finance industry both within admin and face to face/employee relation issues. You will be able to advise on HR policy and procedures, have an awareness of the end to end employee cycle, be able to act under pressure and have the confidence to have difficult conversations.
