The People Services Department in a well-established retail organisation is seeking a HR Advisor to be responsible for the delivery of operational and strategic throughout the business.
Purpose of this position is to provide general administration support in HR and to take responsibility for recruitment and selection, induction, sickness and absence tracking, disciplinary and grievance procedures, appraisals and payroll. Also reporting to the People Services Manager when required.
Please note that we can only accept candidates who are either local, or have lived in Jersey continuously for the last 5 years.
