Job Description

Our client seeks the ideal person to join well-established team by ensuring all data up to date, identify and report risks and concerns, identifying efficiency improvements and deliver excellent client service.  He/she will input amendments, prepare and reconcile monthly payroll salary for review, maintain Global HR system with amendments and updates, maintain employee benefits data and collate data for annual bonus scheme, salary survey submissions and annual salary review and audit; support recruitment lifecycle including organising interviews, preparing interview packs and booking boardrooms, attending interviews and declining candidates; help with internal projects; build and develop strong agency relationships; liaise regarding current vacancies and potential candidates; create and post vacancies onto website and social media; provide updates/feedback to marketing to assist with preparation of recruitment campaigns; produce starter and leaver documents; assist with induction programme; issue training contracts; request references; ensure interim and end of probation forms completed; organise bursary/work experience process.
Requirements are desirably a CIPD Leve 3 qualification; 2-5 years’ experience in Human Resources / Office environment; excellent interpersonal skills; positive work ethic; able to work effectively and under pressure; able to work independently or in a team; ‘can do’ attitude; eye for detail and a right first-time approach; attention to detail; initiative; proactive.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
