Job Description

Working as part of a very busy HR team, the HR Administrator will be responsible for activities in connection with the full employee lifecycle and shall include managing the HR inbox, inputting data and ensuring HR records are kept up to date, completing monthly data cleanse checks, maintaining template documents, preparing basic paperwork, assisting with MI reporting, completing pre-screening and reference checks, maintaining trackers and spreadsheets and updating internal and external social media to promote activities, employees and the brand.  The HR Administrator will work very closely with the payroll team to ensure all records are up to date and key information is sent to the payroll team in a timely manner to ensure accuracy in the monthly payroll run.  He/she will assist with marketing and maintain employee trackers, as well as assisting with reporting of turnover, sickness and collating exit interview feedback.
Experience working as an HR Administrator (ideally in financial services) is required; HR qualification desirable but not essential if candidate has prior HR experience; strong administration skills; competent with full MS Office suite; experience using HR database and familiarity with MS Excel pivot tables and dashboard an advantage; ability to work accurately with good attention to detail; process driven and enjoys administrative work; takes ownership of work; able to use initiative; interest in marketing and familiarity with a variety of social media platforms; strong communication skills; tactful and diplomatic; able to adapt to change.
