Job Description

This is a great role supporting HR team with resourcing and onboarding of new starters, wellbeing, Payroll administration, training and induction and operational tasks through employee lifecycle.  Postholder will maintain current vacancies on website using Workday and screen candidates; manage interview organisation, feedback and offers; proactively use social media and career websites to advertise vacancies; prepare employment contracts and offer letters; liaise with recruitment agencies and training providers; process onboarding, pre screening requirements, employment letters, references, exit interviews, promotions, transfers and variations; process monthly payroll and update with employee changes; ensure HR database, records, reporting and files are maintained accurately; assist with induction and other training; support course management such as maintaining waiting list and managing registers, recording and reporting attendance; provide feedback from meetings and interviews. 
Candidate will have ability to multi-task, and demonstrate great client service skills; flexibility and adaptability; possess effective time management skills and the ability to work to deadlines; confident presentation skills; excellent communication skills on a technical level; capable of working effectively alone with initiative and be goal orientated; great team player; analytical in approach, with a strong sense of initiative and results driven; proactive willingness to take on new tasks and identify solutions.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
