Job Description

Our client seeks the ideal person to oversee transactional HR activities and administration including preparation of employment contracts, probation management, completing reference requests; administrative tasks associated with referencing, recruitment and selection and routine enquiries related to HR; processing of data to facilitate payment of invoices and expenses; providing reports, data and analysis; ongoing maintenance of HR database, ensuring all data is entered accurately; following all payroll procedures, support with payment checking; involvement in the administration of student schemes.
Candidate must have at least 2 years' administrative experience, including HR administration experience; proven administration skills including experience of all MS Office applications; experience with HR systems; meticulous attention to detail; excellent organisational skills; exceptional interpersonal and customer-facing skills; excellent communication skills.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
