Our client is seeking an individual to join their global HR team, to be responsible for transactional HR activities and administration to service standards. You will provide a comprehensive, professional administrative service to the firm on a range of areas associated with HR administration against defined service standards. You will not be specifically assigned a jurisdiction, or area of the business to oversee, but will support the firm globally in delivering a seamless client focused service working closely with other members of the HR team, as well as the HR Business Partners. Responsibilities include administrative tasks, responding to general enquiries, processing invoices, reporting, database management, and assisting with procedures and payroll. You must have 2+ years' experience in an administrative role, including some experience of HR administration, a good working knowledge of MS office and experience with HR systems.
