Job Description

Our client is seeking to appoint an HR Administrator to administer all employee movement, including preparation of employment contracts, probation management and completing reference requests. The successful candidate will be responsible for administrative tasks associated with referencing, recruitment and selection routine, as well as dealing with general HR enquiries. You will process data to facilitate payment of invoices and expenses, provide reports, data and analysis as required, deal with on-going maintenance of the HR database, ensuring all data is entered accurately, follow all payroll procedures, support with payment checking as required, as well as being involved in the administration of our client's student schemes.

Our client is looking for a candidate with a minimum of two years' administrative experience, including HR administration experience, proven administration skills including experience of all Microsoft Office applications, experience with HR systems, show meticulous attention to detail, have excellent organisational skills, able to show a high level of confidentiality, you will have exceptional interpersonal and customer-facing skills, as well as excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
