Our client is seeking to appoint an HR Administrator to undertake day to day HR administration, you will be joining a close knit and busy team it is therefore essential you have good administration, communication, and organisational skills.
The duties of the role are primarily concerned with supporting the business in its resourcing and development of staff, with consideration to best practice. The role is to support the HR Manager and would be suited to a candidate with at least a year's relevant experience.
It is essential that you have discretion and confidentiality, be a confident communicator, have a degree of flexibility and adaptability to react to changes in situations, good administration skills, good organisational skills, with the ability to work on your own once a task has been outlined.
