Fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR generalist to be part of a forward thinking team who provide expert advice, guidance and consultancy services across a multi-jurisdictional professional services firm.
Reporting into the Senior HR Manager, as HR Advisor / Administrator you will a confident individual, who is able to liaise with and support HR activity with stakeholders across the business, providing advice and guidance on employee lifecycle activity, policy, procedures and all people related activity.
Candidates should have a proven track record in delivering sound generalist HR support, and experience working with Senior Managers and Directors. Experience of working across various jurisdictions is preferable, in areas such as performance management, talent development and employee engagement. You ll need to be able to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines, and must have strong communication skills and the ability to make decisions and work on your own initiative. Overall, an enthusiastic, capable and committed approach is essential, as well as a genuine desire to be part of a first-class, industry leading team.
