HR Administrator (6 month Fixed Term)
Job Description
This role, on a fixed term basis of 6 months, underpins the team's activities by supporting all HR initiatives and projects, including managing new staff onboarding and CDD; preparing and booking all meetings relating to new starter induction timetables and integrating new starters; managing full leaver and change in circumstances processes; maintaining portals linked to the management of benefits; preparing Excel reports; maintaining range of HR databases up to date; managing HR system and troubleshooting; assisting with admin and management of student placements; handling general queries; supporting training and development; involvement in team activities; supporting employee engagement, wellbeing and social initiatives.
Candidate must have good secondary education; experience in an office environment, ideally professional services; experience managing broad range of admin; experience liaising with people at all levels in an organisation; strong and confident user of range of IT systems to include Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint; flexible, discreet, exceptional eye for detail, initiative, able to manage time and prioritise; strong communication skills innovative and creative; proactive and solution driven.
