Hotel Duty Manager at Premier Inn

Join Premier Inn as a Duty Manager and play a key role in leading the hotel team, supporting guests, and keeping operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be out on the floor, coaching team members, solving problems, and ensuring every guest enjoys a great stay.

Location: Merchants Square, Bath Street, JE2 4BF

What you'll do:
Lead hotel shifts and deliver team briefings
Support, coach and motivate team members
Handle guest queries and resolve issues quickly
Work across reception, housekeeping and food service areas
Spot and address operational issues before they escalate
Help maintain a safe, efficient and welcoming hotel
Work closely with the Hotel Manager and wider leadership team

Previous hotel experience isn't essential. If you've led people in a customer-focused environment, we'll provide the training to help you succeed
